Winemaking: In our cellar, the grapes are destalked, sorted and vinified traditionnaly using pumping-over and punching of the cap to extract more aromas and colors. the maceration last 3 weeks.
Aging: The wine is aged for 18 months in concrete tank.
Bottling : Start of july
Tasting notes: On the nose we have intense aromas of cooked red berries and redcurrant. On the palate, it is followed by the same red berries and with a hint of cocoa
Aging potential : 5-8 ans
